✨ Use the inspirations on my page that resonate with you. ✨
✨ Take with you whatever feels right — you can imagine putting these impulses into your “backpack” 🎒 and taking them out whenever you need them.
✨ I’d like to encourage you to (re)take your well-being into your own hands — to reconnect with your intuition and bring body and mind into harmony.
✨ Practice only what feels good for you. Be mindful, relaxed, and kind to yourself.
✨ Lightness and seriousness make a wonderful team — with humor, creativity, curiosity, and a positive outlook, you’ll find your own path.
✨ In yoga, it’s not about achieving goals 🎯, but about being in the moment — here and now.
Listen to your body and let it decide what feels right at this very moment. Let your breath guide you — it supports your flow of movement, strengthens your inner connection, and helps prevent injury.
✨ Integrate small exercises and moments of relaxation into your daily life — and take time to reflect afterward. These moments make your practice special, giving body and mind space to regenerate.
✨ If relaxing feels difficult: listen to your inner friend — and breathe consciously.
I wish you much joy on your yoga journey — and I want to encourage you to shape your world in a way that truly reflects you.
In the spirit of Pippi Longstocking:
“I make my (yoga) world the way I like it.” 🌍✨

🌿 My Yoga Journey
It wasn’t until 2022 that I became interested in yoga — and, in a rather unusual way, I immediately signed up for my first yoga teacher training before ever attending a regular yoga class! I was so inspired that I haven’t stopped learning and growing since.
You might notice that my style is a little unconventional — that’s because I’m still a young, curious, and creative yogi. And that reflects my personality perfectly.
📚 Since 2022, I’ve completed several trainings with focuses on functional Yin Yoga, children’s yoga, senior yoga, relaxation, holistic face yoga, and breathing.
I continue to learn — both online and in person — exploring topics such as the feet, ribcage, hips, voice, fascia, and cervical spine.
What you see in my photos — you’re probably already doing yourself 😅.
🌿 Through yoga, I’ve learned how to breathe, improve my posture, and listen more closely to my gut feeling again. I compare myself less — neither with others nor with past versions of myself — and I’m learning to consciously perceive and accept the present moment just as it is.
Even my feet fascinate me now — who would have thought? Certainly not me! Yet they are the natural foundation of our posture and carry us through life.
My practice is sometimes powerful, sometimes gentle and deeply relaxing. I love being creative, intuitively varying asanas and flows. I usually begin by feeling my breath and settling inwardly — and often, from there, a flow arises naturally, guided by my breath.
Every practice ends with a moment of stillness — the final relaxation, which is so important for the regeneration of body and mind.
🌿 Yoga teaches me patience, self-acceptance, care, and mindfulness — to be present in the here and now. And that includes respecting my own boundaries.
📚 My First Training — A Door Opener
My first training was in Yin Yoga with anatomy foundations, and I was very fortunate to learn from Sebastian and Murielle, who not only have profound knowledge but also great warmth, endless patience, and loving guidance.
Sebastian Pucelle and Murielle Burellie welcomed me as a beginner with open arms and opened the door to the world of yoga for me.
Through them, I discovered the fascinating “Bone Photos” by Paul and Suzee Grilley — images that show the natural diversity of human bones and beautifully illustrate why no two people perform a yoga pose in exactly the same way. Differences in bone structure mean different ranges of motion — which is why it’s so important to listen to your own body and intuition:
How does this pose feel for you?
You may — and should — adapt your posture individually.
In my holistic face yoga training, Charry Davi Ruiz taught me about the importance of body alignment — a key element that now flows into all of my work.
Kavita Pippon has also been a major influence on my yoga path — through her knowledge, experience, humor, and loving presence. I was lucky to complete three valuable trainings with her: children’s yoga, senior yoga, and fascia work.
During my relaxation training, I had the chance to learn from Krishnashakti Stiboy, who showed me how body and mind truly regenerate — and why this regeneration is so essential today.
Connecting with my vital energy (Prana), accepting my breath as a trusted friend, understanding it anatomically, and learning to influence it — that foundation was laid by Jyotidas Neugebauer in my breathwork instructor training.
Many other courses and workshops have shaped and inspired my style — including those with Dr. Günter Niessen. Two of his quotes that stayed with me: “Yoga ends where the smile disappears.” “We move mindfully up to about 95% of our range of motion. The last 5° we give to the universe — not to ambition.”
I also love integrating elements of the Franklin Method — such as imagery and specific movement exercises — into my yoga practice.
🌿 On my website, I want to share my experiences with you and invite you to discover your own personal yoga path. Through photos and background information, I hope to help you find calm and draw new strength — simply by looking.
This site is not about athletic ambition.
I’d rather practice three mindful sun salutations — with variations that feel good for my body in that moment — than 108 in rapid succession.
And if you do have that kind of ambition, my approach might be just what you need — after giving 95% of your energy 😉.
I’m so glad you’re here!
Namaste 🙏,
Your Katja
Dear Sabrina Kleemann,
Without you – behind the camera and behind the scenes 🎥📸 – so many photos and videos wouldn’t even exist.
Working with you as a team brings so much joy 🤗💫
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your motivation and support 🙏💖
Our yoga sessions together (during that ambitious cycling weekend in Menzenschwand, Black Forest) brought us joy and sparked conversation and lots of laughter. It was simply wonderful.
My work as a relaxation trainer on bord of the Sea Cloud Spirit in May 2025 was a very special experience.
